Cuba participates in the 4th General Assembly of the International Solar Alliance (ISA), more than 260 participants from countries around the world, ministries and international organizations such as OLADE and IRENA. Cuba is a full member of the Solar Alliance and Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean. Topics such as ISA's Strategic Plan for the next 5 years are discussed, which aims to promote the development of photovoltaic solar energy at affordable costs.
